Our weird new six-part podcast.

If you’ve not found it already, this is a nudge towards the new six-part podcast series we’ve made, BROKEN VEIL. It’s taken a good while to put together, and we’re very proud of it.

It’s from me and Will Maclean. If you enjoyed our Comfort Blankets on the BBC Ghost Stories For Christmas, then it’s us in that mood, pursuing our interest in paranormal, inexplicable stories.

In the press release we’ve called it a blend of “found narrative”, DIY podcasting, and psychogeography, mixing sound, memory, storytelling, landscape and documentary. Or maybe it’s just something you have to hear.

Hope you like it. We’re excited to be able to let it out into the world.

We’re delighted to report that it’s currently sitting at the top of its relevant podcast chart, amongst some very heavy hitters, like The Archers (for goodness’ sake) and the only way it’ll stay there, keeping the residents of Ambridge up all-night with the wheeze and groan of vintage synthesisers and the low mumble of horse’s-mouth tales of fractured reality, is for you to listen, and, if you like it, for you to tell your friends.
